Groups

A mentorship is what you sell; a group is how you organize the people who bought it.

  • Board: the Groups screen. It shows your whole process, from arrival to completion.
  • Column: a stage of the process, like "Onboarding" or "In progress".
  • Card: each group is a card. You drag the card from one column to the next as it moves forward.

A group can be a class of students or a company with its employees. It brings together clients and products. In the menu, it's under Teams & Groups › Groups.

What you can do here:

  • Create groups and pick the products and clients for each one.
  • Set up the stages of your process, with a color and a deadline on each column.
  • Say who on your team looks after each group and who can see it.
  • Have a board for each process or for each person on your team.
  • Link calendar meetings to the group, so they count as contact in Indicators.
