How much it costs: plan and credits
In Mentorfy you pay for three things: the plan, the add-ons you choose to add to it and, if you use a lot of AI, more AI credits.
Plan
The plan is your main subscription. It sets how many clients, mentorships, and teams you can have, and which features are included. The plans are Fuji, Olympus, and Everest.
During the free trial, you use the trial plan for 21 days.
Add-ons
Add-ons are extras you add to your plan and cancel whenever you want.

AI credits
Credits are the "currency" of the AI tools. Each time the AI creates something for you, it uses some credits.
- Monthly: the credits that come with your plan or with the AI Credits Subscription. They renew every month and don't roll over from one month to the next.
- One-off: extra credits, like the free trial welcome bonus.
- The platform uses the monthly credits first, then the one-off ones.
You get 50 welcome credits. They are valid until the end of the trial. After that, they disappear.
What uses credits

Today, conversations with My Copilot, the Student Copilot, and Quick Assist only use credits during the free trial. On paid plans, they don't come out of your balance. But the Student Copilot only turns on if you have credits available.
If an AI Studio image fails, the credit comes back automatically.

Common questions
How much do more credits cost?
In the AI Credits Subscription, the monthly packages shown on screen are: 250 credits (R$ 49.00/month), 1,000 (R$ 174.00/month), 5,000 (R$ 874.00/month), and 10,000 (R$ 1,747.00/month). Always check the price on screen before subscribing.
What about more space for videos?
In Extra Storage, the monthly packages shown on screen are: 100 GB (R$ 30.00/month), 250 GB (R$ 75.00/month), and 500 GB (R$ 150.00/month). To change or cancel this add-on, talk to the sales team.
Are meetings included in the free trial?
Yes. During the trial, you can hold meetings with up to 10 participants, in 1 room. After the trial, meetings depend on the Meeting add-on. Some plans already include it.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The tools that use credits won't create anything until you have a balance again. To get more, subscribe to credits in My Account, using the Subscribe more button in the AI Credits row.
